Most often, if you have trapped energy, you may feel some type of discomfort or pain. It can be physical, emotional, mental, energetic, or even spiritual. If your feet hurt when you walk, there could be some resistance to move forward in an area of your life. If you have stomach or digestive issues, this could represent anxiousness or nervousness issues. If you feel numb and disconnected, your spirit may not be connected 100% to your body. This often happens with trauma.
In a session, I muscle test, using all modalities I am certified in, additional resources I may have, and intuitive guidance from your higher self or aspect of consciousness that is stepping forward to assist with the session. With intention, once identified, your body will naturally release them. You see, most often these wounded parts of you just want to be heard because you may have been in protection mode for so many years that it's been forgotten about and is ready to leave (release) once we identify it.
Each person responds to energy work differently. Many clients report that after releasing emotions or imbalances that they feel "lighter" and/or "calmer". When I was getting my own sessions early in my healing journey I didn't "feel" anything and this may have been because I was in such a dark place but as I continued with my sessions, I often felt better during the sessions. Other times it took a few days before I could really feel a shift in energy. You may experience something different in each session.
This healing approach is an easy and gentle process and this is why I love it! It's not designed to have a client relive any negative experiences but rather to use muscle testing to find a trapped negative energy and release it. Overall, it is my goal for you that you will start to feel more joyful over time if not during a session.
Each person's energy level is different and each person respond's differently to energy release. Most people report that they feel "lighter" after a session but each client will have a "processing" period where the energy will shift within the person and help the person come back into alignment in a more positive manner.
This varies with each person because we have all had different experiences in life that may have been traumatic or just overwhelming. Also, some people may just be able to handle more stress and process it shortly after the event, letting go of negative emotions or energy very easily so as to not get as overwhelmed with a particular situation; whereas, another person may see the experience as extremely traumatic, telling multiple people about the "horrible experience" and somewhat "re-living" it often causing the negative energy to become trapped within them and very deeply by the subconscious mind. With that being said, there is no way of knowing exactly how many sessions it will take to help a client with a particular issue because these energies are in layers.
Each person is different. It could take minute, hours or a couple to a few days. Some clients say they feel "lighter" during the session as we are releasing the negative energy and will continue to "process" the energy release over the next few days after the session. Each person is different and we all process energy differently.

Absolutely! God desires to heal us all. He does not want us to continue to live in self-blaming and guilt. The most important part of your healing is to acknowledge our wrong doing, which may include clearing out energies from ego such as pride, grudges, resentment, etc. Saying the Ho'oponopono prayer is also a wonderful way to say I'm sorry to the person's soul.
